Founded in 2004, The West Hartford Women’s Chorale is a volunteer, multigenerational community of women joined in song.
The West Hartford Women’s Chorale (WHWC) enriches the community through the power of music. With annual concerts, benefit performances and support of music education, the Chorale has invested in the cultural life of our community for over 20 years. We are proud of our track record of providing annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the Greater Hartford area for over 15 years.
General donations and amounts raised from concerts are critical sources of revenue in order to retain an exceptional artistic staff, collaborate with and support other non-profits and keep tuition fees at a level to provide access to all women with a desire to sing.
